Do I get a refund for cancelations and no shows?

No, but you can reschedule your session. If you break the hours up, you will have to pay the difference.

Do I have the Natural Light Photo studio to myself during my rental time?

Yes, you do. The natural light studio will not be shared with anyone during your rental time.

Do you have a designated area for my Small children In the studio?

Yes, we have a kid station with a tablet for games.

Do you CURRENTLY ALLOW PETS IN YOUR PHOTO STUDIO RENTAL?

Yes, pet fees start at $90. Additional charges will apply if needed.

When should I pack up?

You may enter the unoccupied natural light studio no earlier than 5 minutes before your session. You should have all set up + clean up completed within the time you’re booked. Place furniture back in its place before your rental ends. Please prepare the space for the creative right after you.

Can I Occupy the STUDIO space at any time without paying for it?

No! Any time you want to use the studio to prep, do your makeup, change clothes, have lunch, test your light, etc. you must pay for that time. If you wish to overlap someone else’s time, book the appropriate amount of time.

What’s the best time of day to rent the North Texas Studio?

2pm - 6pm during Daylight Savings is a sweet spot! In November to maximize the natural light in the studio, please book before 5.

BATHROOM, MUSIC + WIFI located in the studio?

The bathrooms are located down the hall to the left. You can control the music with the iPhone and SONOS. WIFI password and the rest of the useful information will be in your 3 reminder emails.

Where can I park for the studio?

Park anywhere in the front of the building. Please use the handicap ramp if you need it.

Is Parking Free at the studio?

Yes! Of course parking is free!

Do you provide or rent lights within the studio rental?

Yes! A flashpoint 400 W, ring light and beauty reflector is included in your rental. Feel free to bring in your own trigger and/or lighting setup.

Am I allowed to bring FOOD + DRINK to the studio?

Food, water and contained drinks allowed for photo sessions. For events, please follow TABC guidelines when it comes to alcohol in the space and please keep all food and drinks inside the studio.

Please note: clean up fee is required for all social events.

Is this studio space available for events?

Yes, the studio can accommodate 20 people. Please note that a clean fee required to book a social event.

Can I smoke on the PATIO or premises of the Boutique Natural light studio?

No. You absolutely cannot smoke anywhere on the premises.

WHat is the Capacity of the photography studio?

Max capacity in the space is 20 people. Please note: a clean up fee is required for all social events.
